We are so thrilled to bring on our first Red Catuai Coffee from Brazil! Sitio Cajarana is a third generation farm run by Paulo Junior da Silva and his father Paulo Sergio in Lambari, Minas Gerais, Brazil.
This lot of Red Catuai coffee underwent Natural processing. Catuai was developed by the Instituto Agronomico (IAC) of Sao Paulo State in Campinas, Brazil by crossing Mundo Novo and Caturra varieties. Catuai coffees are cultivated widely across Brazil and are known for their high productivity potential.
This Brazil turns stigmas about Brazilian Coffee on its head. You’ll be surprised and pleased by its delightful bright fruit, smooth flavors, and wonderful mouthfeel.
